Ladies! Do you see your girlfriends enough? Do you take the much-needed time to away from your home and family to go laugh, create, eat, play, drink, or do something different and new? This Valentine’s Day plan a day or night out with the gal’s – trendily termed “Galentine’s Day.” Plus, according to a new study, it’s actually good for your health to go out with girlfriends TWICE a week. So here it is - tell your husbands you are going out and off duty 2 times a week…for your health! If you read this right - the homework is: make a gal plan this week for a future date, or bonus points – plan something monthly. Go have fun, feel inspired and get healthier.
